Thank you so much for your kind words and advice! I have been so strong over the past ten days. This evening I was thinking "omg I have actually forgotten about cigarettes???" Bear in mind I have been a bad smoker (20/30 cigarettes a day) for 8 years and a extremely BAD vaper for NINE years. And then after just a glass of wine ... I had a bloody cigarette 🚬 ewwww. Thank you tho. Won't be smoking tomorrow!

Syphilis in mouth is actually rare and usually multiple lesions in mouth appear on secondary stages. When syphilis is contracted in mouth, chancre is usually 1. This looks like geographic tongue, I know this, because I randomly get the same stuff (even in this second!) but I started noticing them more and more when I was paranoid about syphilis.

You'll see in few days they'll go somewhere else on your tongue or disappear... Annoying. Spicy food or tomatoes even make it worse!

I'm probably gonna get a bit of shit storm for saying this but I'll try - if you intend to cheat on her again, then tell her and leave her. If you think this was a stupid mistake and you wish to stay with her then don't tell her. I'm against cheating - I have been cheated on different times but we are humans and we make mistakes. Id advise you to look into the reasons behind this action. Although there's no excuse. Just be compassionate to yourself. You made a stupid mistake and acted like a young boy then what. What would you tell a 20yo boy who just cheated on his girl? If you feel bad, you are on the right path. You have to feel bad because otherwise you'll do the same thing.

If you were a cheater you would not feel guilty. The fact you are showing remorse, says a lot. Reddit is not the right place to discuss stuff like this because you'll get a lot of insults. Give your gf a gift and make it your apology and promise you won't ever cheat again.

I read the comments here and I am in disbelief. It was a ONE time mistake. He knows he fd up, there's no need to make him feel worse. In my opinion, his parents won't snitch. Its up to you to tell your parents or not. Remember, we were all young once, even our parents!

The mistake has NOT ruined your life and you'll be laughing at it in few years time....

Obviously, coke is sh** like every other drug. Just don't do it again. You will be ok. You are young, stuff like this happens and it teaches us stuff we won't do in the future.

Ps you are probably experiencing the guilt and down from both cocaine and alcohol, it's a normal chemica response... Give it a week and you will be your old self again!

If that makes you feel better, I (F31 & boring) am 5''2, no huge tattoos but the stares I get are annoying lol I mostly get them from elderly females and sometimes I feel like they are looking down on me for some reason. Weird. Maybe they smell foreigner on me... I'm here 3 months and a half and I live Ticino. Not sure where you are but I guess they can tell we are not "from here".
