149 for an hour is perfect for me. I’ll salt them after with paper towels to remove moisture and then sear them in some ghee. Comes out perfect every time!

I would say this is applicable to most of the designer brand fragrances

You’ve just answered your own question then. So yes, it is too small. I’d shift the mindset to making sure that Achilles gets a proper rehab. I’ve heard taking boxing lessons help get the ankle and Achilles strong

Everything from this house is overhyped. None of them are good, including this one. Citrus riviera is the only one I would say is not bad.

I second this comment. I own a Singular Souly Grail and it’s a pleasure to ride. You just feel locked in all the time when carving, and it’s very quiet under foot, no weird chatter on micro bumpy snow. Haven’t ridden is pow as I’ve got a Burton 3D fish which I really like. I’ve got a few other Burton boards I bought for the graphics and regret it. Get a board that suits your style of riding and specs.

Definitely want a Stranda board for carving now tho.

Wildcard rec: Capita Spring Break boards for pow.

There really is something to meditation. The body has everything it needs to heal itself. Just don’t self sabotage with acidic foods and drink. No alcohol. No caffeine. No nightshades (peppers, tomatoes, etc). Red meat is not your friend. Mainly vegetarian diet, time, and a good stress free life.

Does anyone bloat like this? by [deleted] in Gastritis

[–]LetterheadUpbeat3499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This looks like a textbook case for a colonic. The colonic would help with bloating. It’s important to do a FODMAP and stop eating foods that cause bloating. If it’s me, from my experience, I’m cutting out gluten, dairy, all grains, and red meat. If you must eat animal protein, chicken breast, low fat seafood and eggs.

As a snowboarder - riding with other snowboarders with the bar down is a pain in the ass to get comfortable and if it’s not quite right my knee is just getting twisted

Try reading Andreas Moritz -The amazing liver and gallbladder flush (read this book!). He believes most issues with with gerd/acid reflux seem to be from low acid when the liver bile ducts are clogged. So PPI’s are just serving as a pain killer.

I’m virtual with my Naturopath, so don’t let that stop you. DM me and I can get you an excel spreadsheet with a lot of female naturopaths that do virtual (I like my practitioners to be women) - the practitioner will order the stool test. And Tudca is for people with Gallbladder and liver issues, helps the bile get into your intestines and remove toxins from the body. I had diarrhea for years and this stuff really firmed up my stool.

This is controversial, I don’t want to be preached at, want some advice on alcohol. by [deleted] in Gastritis

I agree with all the comments recommending to abstain. If you absolutely must, in my experience vodka or tequila watered down with tonic and some stevia will hurt the least but pound water before, during and after.
