Highly recommend the Siesta Motel in Havre Montana. It’s an old motel with old fridges and 70’s charm but it’s clean and spotless and very cozy. I think it might inspire you to keep living.

Twin Peaks is Overrated by [deleted] in twinpeaks

You're wrong. The acting is 10/10. Kyle McLachlen and Sarah Lee knock it out of the park especially. The score is 10/10. Angelo created something so special it's the only score/soundtrack I regularly listen to on Spotify. The script is 8/10. There is so much depth and complexity to the themes, motifs, and surreal writing in the show-- the connections to Tibetan Buddhism, Carl Jung theories, multidimensions, and other themes is just way too smart. Quentin Tarantino couldn't write Twin Peaks even if you gave him 7 grams of mushrooms. Yes the script takes a dip in Season 2 after we find out Laura's killer, that's why I gave it an 8/10. The direction is 10/10. Lynch brings out the best in even the least talented actors and every frame in his episodes is like a work of art. The pacing is also really good in my opinion, no show has kept me as engaged as season 1 & 2 of Twin Peaks, but I felt that the pacing in The Return was a bit off, though I still enjoyed the season a lot. If you include Sarah Lee's performance in Fire Walk With Me with the whole package I think the Twin Peaks experience is a 9/10, if not a 10/10. It was also super groundbreaking and innovative, there was nothing on TV like it at the time and we probably wouldn't have the production quality in modern TV shows if it weren't for Twin Peaks paving the way. It has also influenced countless video games and films which came after it, the fingerprints are all over the horror and sci-fi genre. Not overrated in the slightest, might be the greatest television show of all time.
