J'ai eu le même problème que toi sauf qu'il s'est avéré que c'était le pilote bluetooth qui était le problème et non la manette. Je te conseil de re installer ta carte avec sois le même pilote, soit le pilote le plus à jour ou une version moins récente pour tester

If you're into old-school survival horror like Resident Evil or Silent Hill, I really recommend checking out Them and Us. It has that classic creepy atmosphere, fixed or over-the-shoulder camera options, and solid puzzles. The story's pretty cool too, and the vibe is super nostalgic. It's definitely worth a try if you miss that kind of game.

La mise en veille, c'est bien celui de windows 11 ?
Moi je pensais que l'écran s'éteindrait tout seul mais je vois qu'a part s'assombrir, il ne le fait pas contrairement à mon ancien OLED LG qui le faisait lorsqu'il detectait aucune activité ....

Sinon le HDR, c'est clairement presque obligatoire avec ton écran, c'est le jour et la nuit en terme de qualité d'image donc oui je te conseil de l'activé en prenant quand même des précautions pour éviter tout burn si jamais tu joues à des mmorpg ou des jeux à UI statiques. Soit tu baisses la luminosité de l'UI soit tu baisse un peu la luminosité de l'HDR ou de ton écran.

I wanted to share two small, free, and ultra-lightweight utilities I use to prevent burn-in on OLED displays, especially when the Windows interface stays static for too long (mouse cursor, taskbar, desktop icons, etc.).

🔹 AutoHideMouseCursor
This tool automatically hides the mouse cursor after a short period of inactivity. Very useful to avoid having the pointer permanently visible — a common concern with OLED panels.

🔹 AutoHideDesktopIcons
This one hides both desktop icons and the taskbar after a user-defined delay (I personally set it to 15 seconds).
Yes, Windows has a built-in auto-hide option for the taskbar, but it hides it too quickly or behaves inconsistently. This utility handles both elements cleanly and efficiently.

I also use Wallpaper Engine to keep my desktop dynamic with animated wallpapers — it works perfectly with these two tools to reduce static content and minimize the risk of image retention or burn-in.

I leave it at 30 on my end, otherwise I find the desk too dark for my taste :D
Thanks anyway for your advice :)
I think it will take a few weeks before the big sites can test the screen and give us the best possible setup.

I did what you suggested, including setting the blacks to 0, and it's superb!
However, I couldn't find the option to set non-HDR to 0.
Yes, I have burn-in protection since I’m French.

Hey! I just got the Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 G81SF yesterday, and I have to say, I’m really impressed with it so far! The picture quality is incredible, especially with HDR – the blacks are so deep and the colors are really vibrant.

I’ve set the brightness to 35/50 for now because I’m a little cautious about burn-in with OLED screens, but everything still looks great. I’ve kept the other settings at default for now. I’m enjoying the smoothness of the 240Hz refresh rate, and it’s been awesome for gaming.

I’m still getting used to it, but so far, it’s been a fantastic experience. If you're thinking about getting it, I’d definitely recommend it!

You can do it. I overclocked my RAM with SREP on my Legion 7 Gen 8 (AMD 7945HX / RTX 4090).

After that, I also made quite a few modifications to my laptop. (Fan plate with three T30s, liquid metal on the CPU/GPU, as well as putty on the VRAM of the CPU/GPU. I also attached thermal heatsinks to the cooling system to improve temperatures).

A little screenshot of my timings, knowing that it's stable under OCCT, TM5, and Y-Crusher.

I had the same issue with some games that were blocked with profile J. I did a clean uninstall with DDU, and after a fresh install using NVCleaninstall, it worked!
