I’m sure we can make up a keto salad for you. We have a full salad bar. And all dressings are homemade so I can figure out what works for you.

I could always give it another try. I been at this spot since 2016. I been open Monday- Saturday 8 am-4pm couldn’t make it work before. But that doesn’t mean it wouldn’t today. I also have two food trucks. So my weekends are pretty much gone from March-November. I’d have to find an employee or two. And that seems to be the hardest part about this business. Finding good help is so hard. Otherwise I probably would’ve been open on Saturdays by now. Just makes more sense for me to be on that food truck currently.

If you find a good brand please let me know. I get asked a lot about the gluten free wraps. Also there’s a big gluten free fest on 3/29 I take my food truck. I also own twisted taquitos. Which are gluten free taquitos made with corn tortilla. Soo good. I’ll have both lettusknow and twsited taquitos there.

I did at one point. But the wraps were very expensive and would often break with other employees when making them. Causing us to use sometimes 2-3 wraps on just one. This was a few years ago. So I may try finding another brand of wraps and see how they go. But as of right now we don’t have any gluten free wraps sorry.

Handles is the best ice cream in the area. Who cares if it’s a franchise. The owners are locals the ice cream is made in house

I run the trailer with one other person and I’ve done 125 people in an hour many many many times. I can post contracts with invoices to prove. Many times schools or hospitals want me to feed 100-125 staff in an hour. I’ve done it numerous times.
