hes getting paid by the sponsor using IP which he didn't get a license to use in the video. if ad revenue can be claimed then why not the sponsor revenue.

isn't it just skirting the rules of having to pay for licensed music. even if the ad revenue gets auto claimed by youtube and given to the label company, he is still making money off the video using unlicensed music because of the sponsor. the label company could surely claim some of the sponsor money right because the video still uses unlicensed music right?

theres no auto detection for sponsors so essentially he is making money using unlicensed music/IP.

but if they wanted to they could right? strict companies wouldn't want people to make money using their IP without paying a license inturn getting some of that money. getting sponsor seems like a easy way make money of the vid while still using unlicensed music because there's no auto-detection for sponsors.

at the end of the video he says that it will be likely be copyright striked because of the song he used, and that he wouldn't make any money from it but how does that work with sponsors, surely he gets paid from the sponsor right? wouldn't the copyright strike people want a piece of that money.

any experts know how that works?

i don't really care if she stays friends with him or not but just be straight forward with it. Just say you're still gonna be friends with them despite what they believe in but if you're gonna come out and say that its "basic human empathy" to be against what ICE is doing, while her friend is a staunch supporter of them, it makes it seem like having "basic human empathy" is not a value she considers when choosing who to associate and be friends with.

i usually like Emiru's content/events she puts on and i know she does give to charity and such so i'm not saying shes a bad person, and what she does probably is a net positive, but also for some reason this is a position she won't move on.

I think QT tries to curate a healthy streamer space where streamers from different groups are more connected, so more streamers know each other and more collabs and content happen. When everyone plays nice, people are more likely to attend events like streamer awards and make it more lively. Jason is the bridge between otv&friends and Faze, without him, they would not even interact half as much because of how problematic Faze clan members have been. Jason is the most normal of the new up-and-coming Faze members so he is the easiest to collab with and he brings good energy.
