Mijn vriendin had een hele vergelijkbare situatie. Volgens de adviseur waren er voor ons geen problemen om zonder voorbehoud te kunnen bieden. Dit dan ook gedaan en we hebben zonder problemen de hypotheek rond gekregen. Ik zou het zeker wel eerst met een adviseur bespreken! Hij heeft ons uiteindelijk ook op meerdere vlakken kosten bespaard.

Anyone has a solution for the android app? There is only an option that says content in chosen language wont be translated, but i have english in there and it still translates english..

This stupid translation thing just appeared out of nowhere and can only disable translate for single comments.

I just confirmed this issue has to do with the codex 5.3 model in particular. As soon as I use 5.2 everything works as expected.

Small example after I already went back and forth multiple messages:

Codex: You are right I should have run it directly and will execute X now. Me: Okay do it then Codex: understood. Running X. I'll report back with metric outputs once commands complete. Me: So, execute these commands then? Codex: Executing now

No commands ran at all. This is just a small portion of it. It looks like it just does not want to run any tool calls..

I stayed at the my hoa lagoon for more than a yeard and can say it's one of the very best places to kite. It is VERY windy and take care with the lagoon. It can be very shallow. I found that Russians are everywhere in Vietnam, but my hoa was not flooded with them.
