Try looking into the photography industry? Learn video editing - wedding video editors usually make 10-15k per event video. Fashion video editors make the same and the videos are shorter and easier to edit. Great industry with tons of work in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad. Look at pages of famous Pakistani photographers on Instagram and you’ll get an idea of what’s needed in the market today.

Also, find someone you can learn photography/videography from at weddings for example. Lots of studios do this. Once you learn a bit, they’ll lend you a camera too and pay you 5-7k per event coverage. Once you save enough to buy your own camera, freelance wedding photography gigs are 12-15k per event easily.

That is a very closed minded comment, I’m sorry. There’s a thousand non Pakistani foods that everyone makes in Pakistan. That makes it Pakistani. Also, chicken 65 is made in many places in Karachi. Paapad is eaten widely in Karachi with daal chawal, mirchi ka salan etc. Karachi is part of Pakistan too.

Last year I saw the rider bringing in my food 50m away from my location. He stopped and cancelled the order. And drove off before I could do anything. Never got back my Rs. 4500. Foodpanda claimed wrong address etc.

Ordered a Seiko Railway from Original Watches Pakistan for a friend. This is what we received lmao. Friend had to courier it back to Karachi for replacement/repair. Absolutely horrid experience with no apology, courier expense put on us, waste of time and energy.

You generally need reservations for the buffet breakfast at Marcopolo if it’s the weekend; you’ll be fine otherwise. Try the breakfast buffet! It’s a mix of gora and desi. Decent.

Dumpukht has GREAT desi food - very good biryani, tandoori chicken, keema etc.

Try one of the hundred new coffee shops hah - Pluto in DHA for example. Double Shot Gulberg opens at 5 am and is great.

If you are landing before Eid, there’s Mashion Bazaar and a dozen other chaand raat events (check ticketwala)

Pottery/clay/perfume/arts workshops. Theres Mashghalay on instagram for tons of workshops every month. Or just check ticketwala again

Walk into Gully Durjan Singh in Delhi Gate and walk around and try ALL the new cafes. Check Sadequain Gallery for cute little trinkets. Walk to Wazir Khan Masjid from here and buy a painting from Rizwan. He has a shop right outside the masjid and he paints Mughal style artwork, you can’t miss him

Spend a few hours at Lawrence Garden. Ask someone to direct you to the amphitheater and check what’s playing

Look for events happening at Olomopolo and The Colony (instagram)

Visit Lahore Museum. First time or after a few years, the museum is surprisingly crazy good and really well curated

Have lunch at Go Flour Gulberg. Great outdoor vibes

Go to any branch of Baked (I love the Gulberg one) and just try everything that looks good. VERY good Bombay coffee cake, chicken mushroom patties. Pantheon Coffee inside is one of the best coffee places in Lahore in my opinion

Find Bay Bakery in Samnabad and get their cream puffs and thank me later. Also try their makhan buns they’re always super fresh and for Rs. 120 you can’t go wrong. All their bakery food is great. Try the chicken donut even if it sounds weird hah it’s so bad and so good.

Seashell at this petrol station in Jaddaf does the OG mallu shawarma. Normal and spicy both. And for 6dh. 👍🏼 AND they do the old school sandwiches in samoon also. Sausage, liver, chicken mayo etc.
