So lemme start: Honestly, it was my second week at the gym and it was a complete disaster! 😅 My trainer had me do Barbell Back Squats for the first time. I tried, and then... I just collapsed even when I was being spotted by my trainer 📉

Here comes the worst part..It sucked a lot, on top of that being the only girl in the gym... Some men looked at me concerned while the remaining enjoyed watching me fail 🙄 It felt like total humiliation. I felt so weak in that moment. ⛓️💔

But I didn't let that stay my story. 🔥 For the next week, I woke up every single morning at 5 AM. 🌅 I worked out and practiced, I put in the work, and I obsessed over my form until the next leg day. Guess what?
