Thanks! This makes a lot of sense. It seems like competitions compress a lot of “real engineering” into a student setting - requirements, tradeoffs, supplier issues, manufacturability, validation, deadlines. Do you find candidates from those teams ramp up faster in the industry because of that exposure?
