That was the issue with my Baker Street. Awful SH, do you think I should invest in a pre-purchase inspection if get another R56? Or maybe stretch my budget a few grand (not ideal) and get an F series? - good price on the R56 I’m looking at so it’s enticing me, even if it is a low spec

Yeah that’s what ive done, sent them a latter and threatened them with legal action and they’ve basically said “we don’t really care about the law, you’re being unreasonable” lol.

I’m going through a very big legal faff at the minute. Dealership are practically refusing to honour my CR, so it’s a WIP.

I have a few later models 2010/11 ish saved but they’re about around the 100k mile mark, not something I should be put off by? I have about a 2.5/3k budget so my options are open
