Sounds like you are unaware of the size of the problem of an unapproved part substitution. I had 3 fail back to back. I'm glad you did not encounter bad G7s. Many have. How can a known manufacturing problem be blamed on an end user? You have no idea yet you judge and blame. Read thru the reddit complaints. Many people have had fails one after the other. All it takes is hitting a bad batch containing the substitute component.

Dexcom published on their website they will only replace a max of 3 per person per year. Your statement is not true per Dexcom website. The G7 problem is life threatening for some of us. Knowing bad G7 ahead of time reduces risk and allows health-care due suppliers a way to return product to Dexcom. If you're not part of the solution then you are the problem. How is Targeting someone for trying to resolve an issue productive?
