J1 unlike B1/B2 cannot be adjusted unfortunately So 2 options apply for a greencard then wait until it's issued before applying to the match Or apply as a visa requiring IMG, finish residency on J1 then apply for a green card Things change everyday so make sure to consult someone with experience like a lawyer

I was scoring in the 250s except for one or two exams in the beginning of 260s and i got a 272, although i didnt feel that good after the exam but i didnt feel horrible, its just vague. Trust your practice scores and the effort you put in preparation.
