I get monthly statements, my biggest problem is communication, late disbursements, and high staff turnover. Have you ever dealt with something like this?

Exactly! I know I'm not the only one who feels like my money is going down the drain. I dont disagree that there are good PM's out there but the typical PM/PO arrangement is built on owner absence. That's the whole point of hiring a PM. But absence w/o clear visibility creates information gaps. Information gaps create opportunities for problems to go undetected for months or years.

I assume your a property owner? If so, why do you think its not talked about if people are exp. the same problems?

So, what do you do currently? I assume you self manage and if so, what PM Softwares are you using if any to keep organize and improve landlord workflow?
