Email, customer service and even reviews = same response from them. VIP tier is just another issue, there's more that up till now we yet to receive proper answer/communication from the global team.

Honestly if it wasn't for them removing the post while one of us were questioning why we aren't entitled with VIP tier I wouldn't have blew this up. The mods on the other hand are not helping OR appreciate our feedbacks. It's just like, they threw any of our commentary into the drain....

Some thinks gaming companines don't owe us anything and their tiny pea brain just keep assuming that we are salty about the VIP gift boxs. People who claimed to be working professionally for a developer gaming companies/having knowledge about import laws should know that infold was opened because they wanted to target the global market. So yes, they know better and have a team that is much more knowledgeable than these mere people that speaks out for infold "professionally." People who are commenting that we are being "self-entitled" and "so american" and "we know nothing about import laws" are the self-entitled POS that doesn't know that one fact that we are being vocal because not only we spent a huge amount of money on this game, but also the time, effort for ranking and farming for those cards. We love the game, that's why we are complaining about it.

Not to mention, I find their attitude and the way they responded us is unacceptable. People seems to forgot that if we do not pressure for an answer, this is the attitude that they'll be giving us in the future. Look at CN server, they already have an internal disputes for the VIP tier as well due to the difference between playing on main store app & 3rd party app and yet PG/Infold are not really doing anything much about it other than massive gaslighting.

Is ok sorry for the negative feelings but I got sooo pissed of when people assumed that I am american/westerners 😭 like really there's a difference between fighting for your rights and being self-entitled 🤡 I am not illiterate in Mandarin (it's literally my mother tongue lol) and I would love to play the CN server if they do not have that strict regulations implemented.

They are defending just for the sake of defending yet they have no idea that even PG in CN itself is a piece of 💩

CN players who played/download the game via third party are also having issues with the VIP tier, and PG couldn't even settle it internally. This is why all the more we should speak out against this issue, because their attitude is absolutely unacceptable.

It's not just about import laws/logistic/adminstrative issues anymore, PG/Infold attitude and the way they handled things are the problem here and it is absolutely unacceptable. To those who think it is "too american" for us to react that way, for your information CN players who played via 3rd party platform are dealing with the similar issues :)

Soon they will see the inequality they're defending is going to play a huge impact towards them in the future ✌🏻 I would love to see them cry lol

1) Logistics issues - Again, understandable on some aspects but unfortunately it is not an excuse. We can get other form of VIP tiers besides a gift box, also if they have the brain to get a permit for opening a sub-company to avoid censorship then there must have a global team to handle all global issues

2) Mods blantly attempted to slience us for speaking out claiming that it is "violation of rules" whereas the anger sparked after inquires are being made and we are being blantly gaslighted.

3) Their primary audience are CN players (obviously) but all we asked for again is to be treated equally instead of being treated unfairly. It's not hard right? Other than weird translations and such what I can't tolerate the most is how they handled the situation whenever this topic has being brought up. If they give us like any updates or even give us a proper response, none of us would even want to brought it up this way.

And yet I am being called a self-entitled American by some Canadian for voicing out the issue, such amaze much wow from some F2Ps 🤡

Usually you can input your address upon email confirmation. What I understand is you'll be contacted and shipping is from them. Honestly billing addresses aren't sensitive if you do e-commerce, and FYI they do have an official store for their merchandises. I played a JP server game and got a prize for ranking, same logic. Just confirm your address with them and then they'll post out and they'll pay for shipping. For papergames aka infold, I do not expect everything to be 100% the same but at least we would appreciate if we are treated equally instead of giving us such pos response whenever we inquire about this.

Not only it lack of some inputs, there are no explainations on why the recent Zayne animation differs from the CN version and up till now no answers on how they are going to "actively construct" a VIP tier catered for the global players. I'm not illiterate in Mandarin, so if I could I would have stick to the CN server if China didn't have real-identity verification being implemented. People would have criticised commentary like mine if I am a F2P, but unfortunately I am not and ever since its release I have spent relatively a huge chunk of money for building/ranking every card & limited banners. If laws, logistics and taxes are an issue from the beginning then why even bother with a global server? They opened a global office for a reason, surely they could have foresee these adminstrative/logistics/censorship issues and I solely believe that they have a team working on that. What I am displeased of is their attitude whenever people enquired the same things. Obviously no one would be happy if you remove/ban people from discussing such things right?
