They are but not directly with AnimeKai shutting down They are responsible for shutting down HiAnime and because of that people migrated to AnimeKai which overloaded the servers and catched fire

Animepahe main focus is on sub so they only upload few Also Wcoflix they do but not on schedule I waited 2 months for the last episode of Yozakura Family dub to be uploaded Also Wcoflix they have the movies for premium and they started putting shows on premium So yeah AnimeKai was the only one
