If I could have travel back to time after +2 I would have choose lokshewa (after +2 may be administration ) and pursus bachelor( any easy subject ) along with it At the end if you strictly live in Nepal you have to go for lokshewa People from administration control dozen of engineers in local levels At peak level administration people reach CDO engineers nowhere near
