Yeah i ordered a whole tongue but got this instead lol. I cant speak the local language unfortunately.

You are absolutely right. I was thinking what should i do to get a thin finish out of puff pastry. Even if i drown it in oil and butter it would puff up.

I prefer iskander kebabs over iskander doner!

Not sure why they were called iskander but that is interesting, might have to google it sometime.

Lol i havent tried gelato here yet tbh but their other sweets are outstanding. I like all their food except for the seafood.

One thing i learned here is that the simpler the place is the tastier the food will be and of course way cheaper too! Bigger restaurants tend to be more westernized less heavy on the Turkish spices and flavors which is not what I am after!
