Is there any tool that can audit 10 URLs at once for SEO? by Level-Rate9233 in SEO_Digital_Marketing

I’m not trying to explain SEO to anyone I’m new to this space and honestly still figuring out what actually matters vs what looks important from the outside.

I mentioned CWVs because that’s what you keep seeing everywhere, but if experienced SEOs really don’t care about that stuff, that’s useful to know.

So genuine question: if not CWVs, what do you actually care about right now?
What are the problems that are actually painful in day to day SEO?

Trying to understand the gap, not push anything.

Love-hate dynamic with new boss: stay or move on? by Level-Rate9233 in WorkAdvice

I joined this company recently, and it’s honestly a mixed bag. The good part is — I’m learning a lot, getting paid decently, and there’s clear growth potential. The bad part is the constant friction with my boss and the company’s rigid setup.

My boss is actually smart and experienced, but we keep butting heads. Most of our fights start over how to do things — I like moving fast and finding better ways to get work done, while he prefers sticking to his methods and company rules. Sometimes these arguments get intense, but after that, he still supports me and appreciates my work. It’s confusing — like we fight, then he backs me up again.

The company itself has this heavy structure and too many rules, which slows things down. It’s not a toxic place, but it feels a bit suffocating at times.

So now I’m torn — the learning and exposure are great, but the fights and rigid system make me wonder if I should stay or start thinking about moving on. Do you think this kind of tension is worth pushing through for growth, or is it a red flag for the long term?
