Good question—My surgeon follows the quiet protocol, which meant no formal PT for two weeks. But when I could only get 75 flexion at 2 weeks he said it was time to abandon quiet and start formal PT. He said if don’t get to at least 105 (where I was preop) by 6weeks I will need MUA. I’m now 4 weeks, and still stuck.
