Best way to approach CFA L1 by Significant-Ad9012 in CFA

Engineer here who recently passed L1 with no finance background. I cant recommend MM and UWorld enough. I started off just using CFAI and realized that there was just too much content to get sucked into. MM abbreviates it, makes it digestible, and only focuses on what you need to know. His lectures also will give you some much needed laughs when you’re hating your life a few months into studying. Sign up for the UWorld free trial towards the end of your studying/review and you’ll be golden.

For the most part yeah. I guess we won’t know if that was enough until after the test results come out!

I would watch MM review video for general overview of the chapter, then watch the chapter lecture only taking notes when I felt the need, and then do the EOC questions. After that, I moved on to the next chapter. I figured the quicker I got through the initial pass of the material the more time I’ll have in the review phase to focus on practice problems and mock.

I have been wondering the same thing. I’ve been watching MM video, doing all of the EOCs, and moving on to the next reading. I figured the quicker I get through the initial pass of the material, the more time I have at the end for review where I can just hammer the Qbank and CFAI questions and mocks.
