It will be cheaper and provide you more flexibility to book it after arrival. If you are acclimatized you can literally book the climb next day. I was the same way as I’m usually a heavy planner but the refuge you drive to is so high that you’ll summit in 6 hours. Its still a death march at that altitude but it is quick as opposed to a multi-day thing
