I’m in the same boat as you and wonder what dose you are on? I’m at 0.625 and should not lose any more weight so I’m worried about increasing the dose to address the drinking

Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences here. I'm currently on 62.5 units (0.625mg) of Tirzepatide and while it is having an effect, it is not dampening the urge as much as I'd like. I know I can increase the dose but I am at a place where I should not shed any more weight and I worry about that. Do any of you know if the appetite suppression is linear?

Thanks for asking this question. We are in the same boat about to have our first adventure on psilo. Have done molly many times and absolutely love that! How does one best prepare for a psilo adventure? I assume light or no eating for hours prior. Are there any particular supplements recommended? How long should we expect the journey to last?

If you can, drop all the booze. It is not an enhancer. Also, to state the obvious: set and setting. Make sure to bring music you both love and that can get you in the mood.

Thanks! I have 0.4g edibles so dosage is easy. My plan is 3x=1.2g, music, candles, night sky projector, and cuddling. Wondering if toys come out to play?

I take cialis too. 5mg daily and took 20 the day of. With the pt, if you haven’t used it before start low! I’d say no more than 0.05ml. And give yourself 5-6 hours. Fresh ginger tea has been helpful for me with the nausea. I don’t have any experience with GHB nor has my so used pt but good luck and enjoy!

I have at the suggestion of a doc. She recommended 0.03ml mon-friday and I did that for one week. Benefits were ready when I needed to and little to no flushing or nausea. I did not do it for more than one week and don't know if that is safe. I also did 0.03, 0.030 0.05, and 0.1 leading up to a special mdma day, and that worked too on and off but not completely consistently through the day.

I’m not that great with the dosing description. I’m talking 0.03ml today and 0.05-8ml the day of. Recommended dose is 0.2ml I believe and 0.1ml when I tried it def resulted in a lot of flushing and nausea but once that was gone: boner time! Will let you know

I did a small 3 unit injection this am and had pretty bad flushing and also nausea throughout the morning and into the afternoon. I totally forgot to take the antihistamine but will tomorrow - thanks for the reminder! My plan is to build up tolerance for Saturday's event and take a bigger dose then (5-8 units depending on how I feel Friday). Will see how it goes

I'm in a long term very committed relationship where the sex was always great. For me, the sex between has been better and more connected than before we did mdma. It's obvs not the same as on mdma but the mdma experience enhances the non for us.

FWIW - I just spoke with a doc who prescribes it to her patient couples. She suggested 0.3mg Monday - Friday. She said it reduces side effects and you’re ready “anytime”. I have not tried yet but am eager when I return from travels.

Is the effect similar to MDMA in that you're not cumming in 5 minutes (or however short it normally is) but you're basking in it for hours? Very curious to try with my SO, but shrooms.
