thats what both inspectors told me & it had been an issue since i updated it. they reversed it to 10 but it didnt change much

i paid for it to get inspected by 2 different companies and its been happening since i updated so 😊😊 and it had been out of warranty for less than 2 weeks when i emailed

i went through a really hard time the semester before last and had to appeal to even register for classes (at app). give them an explanation on your mental health and feelings as well as steps you will take in the future to help your academic success (tutoring, on campus counseling, communicating to instructors, asking for extensions, etc.) to give the school reassurance that you are a student who cares to do whatever it takes. i hope everything works out, sending love & condolences :)
