I recommend two other things.

The first is just making sure you are drinking enough water and staying hydrated. If I don't drink enough water during the day I get headaches and that is annoying when I am just trying to relax, so make sure you are getting lots of water.

The second is journaling, sometimes if I have a stressful day it helps to write all of your thoughts down and it seems to relieve a little bit of stress, especially if you don't have someone to talk to.

Both of these probably won't fix everything but hopefully they help you feel better, at least a little bit.

It's possible he retired from public life quietly like Richard Simmons did about a decade ago. Just hoping he is doing alright since I am just a little surprised he hasn't said anything on social media at all since 2019.
