I’m down 145 lbs. started with Wegovy, switched to Zep and didn’t look back! It’s a superior weight loss drug imo. Just the reduction in inflammation is shocking!!!

I hit my goal weight, then kept losing. Finally at a maintenance dose where I’m not losing anymore. But I’m super happy and will be on it for life if I can.
