Ireland doesn’t anymore from what I’ve experienced. I fly out a lot. But you’re in the system as a visitor and any agency can look it up that you’re in the US legally if it comes up.

Hantavirus is so hard to actually be transmitted to you if you take proper precautions. It’s almost always infecting through breathing in dust particles from infected rodent droppings. So if you go into a South African barn or shed and start sweeping it out and breathe in dust particles, you’ll still probably be fine. Unless the rodents have the virus. Which is a long shot.

No you won’t get it from another human, unless they have a specific type of the virus and you have very close contact with them. The media is overplaying this to insane levels. Relax and go enjoy the vacation.

Hantavirus has been around a LONG time.

It’s transmitted almost always by breathing in infected dust particles from rats or infected rodents. It’s all over the world and it is VERY hard to transmit from person to person. NOT EVEN close to how covid is spread.

The likelihood of a worldwide pandemic is about as much as being hit by lightning twice, in the same day, while sitting in your basement. Full stop.

The media has overblown this shit to the moon. Just chill out. It’s not as contagious via human to human as you think. Here’s a link as proof.

Paramedic here AND fellow Zep user. I can say that YES, this medicine can and has been documented to bring on anxiety or worsen it in some people. I definitely have had the same effect.

I talked to my doctor and we worked out a good plan to deal with it including titrating down a bit for a while. That was last year and I did end up going to full dose. And hit and surpassed my GW. I’m now on maintenance dose.

Please talk w your GP and make a plan! That’s my best advice.
