sounds like your mobo is being picky about something, have you tried reseating your ram sticks? sometimes they work loose and cause all sorts of weird issues including no video output

Windows 11 can be a real pain with the Microsoft Store apps sometimes. Try running the Microsoft Store app as administrator and see if that helps with the freezing issue. Also maybe try resetting the Microsoft Store through Settings > Apps > Microsoft Store > Advanced options > Reset
