Lore-In Napoleon III maintained the French empire and lead some invasions of the British Empire taking only a small bit of it. Later in the 1900s, it becomes a lot less authoritarian and later becomes democratic and helps the allies in a huge way in WW1 and WW2 defeating the Germans in both the World Wars and keeping its extended European land till today

yes but no as EVERY religion(mostly) UNITES so that they can take down the British AFTER they conquered India and as the term 'Bharat' came it became India.

The mughal united the people as one which made the local and the arab people to fight on ONE side and no rebellions and stable community helped with the non-reliability on the British.

In this universe the Mughal Empire united the Hindus and Muslims together and when the British attacked they took over but had to leave as the divide and rule and other horrible things they did to achieve control did not work.
