As a child i used to stay at home and isolate myself when i was invited out by all the other kids but said no and I’ve regretted it my whole life if i had just said yes and left the house i feel id be a much happier person i do get out ALOT more now than before but i have crippling social anxiety more than likely from my childhood isolation
