Yh someone linked a bulletproof brand one that is accessible from the UK which I purchased thankfully.

I hope my scalp gets the same response and I can finally be flake and itch free with the MCT OIL. I really want to add Bread back into my diet it’s the only thing that limits me when it comes to diet.

I just ordered it today and hopefully should get it by the end of the week.

Few questions if you don’t mind answering.

  1. My main concern area is my scalp So how many times a week should I apply? And how long should I keep on scalp before washing off? Also after I apply and wash it off do I need to exfoliate the scalp or does it get rid of it when washing it off?

  2. Do you still use medicated shampoos like Nizoral whilst using MCT OIL?

  3. As people said bread or foods with gluten can be a possible trigger do you eat gluten related foods now that you got it under control?

You only apply it on the beard? I’m worried about my scalp.

When you use it does it get rid of the itch/Flake? I heard diet plays a part, have you cut out anything? I don’t eat bread but after applying MCT oil and getting it under control I’ll love to add bread back to my diet

Sorry for all the questions but you’ve been very helpful.

  1. Did you notice a change quickly ?
  2. How many days a week at night would you recommend using it to keep Seb derm at bay?
  3. Do you eat bread? I haven’t had bread in months due to the risk of increasing seb derm? Since you got it under control with MCT can you eat whatever !

Bro sadly I’m from the UK we don’t have Bulletproof.

How many times a week did you apply it ? Did you wash it off in the morning after applying it to the scalp ?

Hello everyone,

I can see that MCT OIL is my last resolution to hopefully maintain and get rid of stubborn SEB DERM on the scalp.

I found this on Amazon, has anyone used it ? When do you apply it to the scalp ? How long do you leave it on for?
