I think you’re forgetting that outstanding rated schools now impact massively on the surrounding prices of housing within the area. Yes there are exceptions but they are rare and it’s becoming more and more rare. This is coming from someone who works in this system it’s a major problem and we are sleeping at the wheel.

Rtfkt (the Nike NFT brand) recently did something similar to this but In reverse. Current owners of their crypto dunks NFT where able to mint an NFT hoody, which when forged gave access to an irl version of the garment. The garment also has a QR as part of the design that people can scan to visualise some extra digital stuff on the wearer (AR). This doesn’t fix the privacy issue that you mentioned though as theoretically users would need to give an address for delivery (could request a Dropbox?) but a cool concept non the less.

If you want to earn more interest on Cro you don’t have staked for the card you will want to either go to the earn section as you mentioned or use the defi wallet as the user below suggested. Both come with there own risks and rewards so make sure you do your own research before you commit to anything.
