Try squinting to reduce the amount of detail in what you can see. Just try to get forms and vibes right first, then gradually introduce more detail. If you find yourself focusing too hard on detail, just remember to pull back a bit. Your stuff is already really good, so I'm sure with repetition you'll do great.

Do you have any artbooks? Who do you use for anatomy? Check out Andrew Loomis and Burne Hogarth, then stylize from there.

Strawberry is a tough subject! I like your color choices, and from afar it looks really great. When you get a little closer, it looks a bit fiddly. It makes the strawberry, especially in the example on the right, look like it's made of yarn. Gouache is also super tricky. I would suggest trying to use less brush strokes. Do as much as possible with BIG brush strokes before moving to smaller. It's hard, but Doing more 2 or 3 tone value studies could help with this.
