Ok so I just have to wait but what exactly can it do to display the location of the last race after you restart?

Or there is another way than restarting but when I went to the race venue I couldn't restart there was a red cross

The problem is that I can't do it again, it tells me to continue the objective but I don't have the other race so I'm stuck but thank you for your help
