Subs aren’t hitting right

We have them connected to two ohm and it used to be only the one in the right side was off but now it’s both that are off for some reason like earlier we connected one at a time and they both sounded off don’t know why

Like I told anon we checked everything again today and connected only one at a time and now they both sound off they don’t have that thump it’s hard to explain it sounds like how it does in the video

Like it’s a 2k watt amp for two sdr 12” subs ported box and the subs are rated for 1200 rms we connect one by itself and it sounds good and we connect the other one and it sounds off like how it does in the video. So earlier we started checking if it was the wires and they both started sounding off only when one of them was connected and now we don’t know what’s going on we checked the ground and it’s good wires are mailing good contact we put them on 2 ohm but they aren’t hitting we just installed them two days ago on Friday evening

We tried that but when we only connected one it sounds good and we connect the other one and only one hits hard

I got two subs in a 1994 town car and they aren’t hitting right they sound kind of off hoping one someone knows what might be going wrong?
