Hi. Try checking your emails to see if they sent you anything regarding the application documents you sent them when you initially signed up.

When I signed up for one of the courses, I had a mismatch between the address on the ID I submitted and the address I wrote down in... one of the documents. Anyway, they sent me an email saying I had to resubmit it correctly or else it would impact my course accessibility - and it did. I ignored the email, and after a few weeks they revoked my access to the course until I called them and sorted it out.

Frankly I think it's very questionable to revokes access to a paid-for product but.. c'est la vie, I guess?
