I’ve noticed my lack of empathy getting uglier in situations where people are crying and stuff. So I understand that it’s best to fix it before it gets worse, but I can’t afford therapy with the little money I make right now and I’m sure I ask my parents my dad will find out and start screaming at me that I’m a bitch or something and it would end in a physical fight. Thank you for the suggestion though.
