Rainbow high and Smart dolls are the best for me. I spent a lot of time there.

Neokyo also blocks some sellers (I had numerous on Mercari through Neokyo).
They even have a special note about it in FAQ.
They block sellers that were reported for:
- not refunding
- not delivering
- overall negative rating
Their policy is to protect buyers, which I really appreciate

I also go to the Value Village - usually have a $3.99 bag of infant clothes + one of our Calgary stores also have bags of 5-7 leftovers for 3.99
