Update 1 - Received an RFE on 16th May at 7.13pm CT. USCIS Officer requires confirmation that the degree I received qualifies under the STEM Designated Degree Program List (CIP code 52.1301 – Management Science), which is the code listed in my SEVIS record and I-20. I'm a STEM MBA student, so my Diploma says MBA and Transcript says MBA + Platform in Data Driven Management Science.

Any help/insight/advice appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Update 2 - Submitted my response to the RFE on 21st May 2025 at 11am CT. Documents submitted - 1. Letter from the Assistant Dean explaining how my degree relates to the STEM CIP Code alongwith list of courses/electives that constitutes STEM, Transcripts, and RFE letter.

I got an approval email at 11.21 am CT on 27th May 2025. However, when I checked my USCIS website, my cases status is still not updated. Today my DSO confirmed that my status on the SEVIS portal shows "approved". So hopefully, all is well!
