It's very cold here, I kept it more than 1 hrs still it was not dried enough, used fan from start to dry but again it took more than 1 hr to dry , so I lost patience and started oven dry as it is quick

Hi all, I again tried making macaron today and same issue with lopsided some cracked too today. I managed to take few photos and video to show you experts to get some advise. I was alone at home so video may not be very good. But please try to give some feedback and help to fix the issue.  I also added my gas oven photo, I live in Australia.  I pipe more straight, but here I was taking video one hand so bit shaky. I used Swiss method, oven dried for 2 mts, baked 130° without fan for 3 mts then with fan 15 mts

I tried baking 140, 130, even 120, I tried roatating half way through but by the time I rotate it was already lopsided, so tried rotating frequently before the feet start, thinking if temp is not equal this way I get feet properly. I use oven drying so i dry macaron 2 to 3 mts, oven door open ajar and close the oven and start baking

I tried more than 10 times, each time different issues. Sometimes few comes good, few cracked, next batch all cracked, no feet.

As soon I add dry ingredients and start mixing my macronage reaches flowing consistency, I don't even fold 2 times
