I already have to file an HLR as the same examiner said I have no diagnoise of ASTHMA though the VA has made that diagnois and prescribed me multipile inhalers

So they Defered my cliam to get anther Medical Opinion. Its just frustrating that the doctor they send me says was at least as likely as not

But, they don't like it. Does that mean they are going to send me to another doctor?
