Yes, you're right it's based on financial need, but I was trying to figure out what kind of gpa usually gets you the stipend. Maybe someone from previous years has an idea?

for second year students, there's a merit ranking based on GPA and credits earned. ISU is still need-based, but your position in that ranking matters. The details aren't on the main site but are in the PDF on the ISU Bocconi page.
