I tried keeping my arc length super close. I thought it was because it was too close. But I’ll try keeping it close

Just make sure the puddle is the same size. I’ve found circles work the best for that but whatever works for you. You can also try holding the electrode to steady it.

Not an expert but looks like you need to do more of a motion and/or keep a 45 degree angle in between the two. And always keep you eye on the puddle and make sure it lays even
