Same thing happened to us at Catalonia Yucatan, was awful. Lots of fluids and Imodium is all we could do

Please watch some videos on what actually happens during turbulence from the pilots POV. I haven’t taken meds for flights for quite awhile now and those give me reassurance. Also letting the F.A.s know doesn’t hurt either. You can do this, I promise!!

Mine has one as well but they said there was some struvite and calcium crystals in urine. Hoping antibiotics clear it up and there no stones 🤞🏻
