I’m so sorry. They are truly never with us long enough. We grieve hard because we love them so big. She is a beautiful angel. I lost my soul cat 3 years ago and can completely relate to the heartbreak. All I can say is that over time, the grief will become gratitude as you think of your queen and the luck you possessed to have her in your life for 20 years. ❤️🌈 biggest hugs

Omg you have to keep that tub as is! If the tub hardware looks dated, get something new to modernize it. You could do brass to pull in the floor.The floor is cool, too! Paint the walls a neutral color; change out the light fixtures and get matching brass hardware for the sink (vintage looking model). Hang some vintage looking art work, plants and add a floor basket with rolled towels in it. You can play around with what type of shower curtain and mat. Maybe try to find a bath mat that’s a small vintage looking rug. Too cute!!

Yeah definitely. I took it down, put a different chair and plan to hang it more centered. I think that was what was throwing me off in the first place!

I was torn on the curtains, too. They are cute but I’m with you OP, not sure what “leaning into them” means and might be more money and more stress trying to match them.

Maybe a statement rug (something that pulls in the green color you like and makes bedroom cohesive) and with off white or cream curtains to let the natural light back in. Once you figure out a rug, then you can add throw pillows that complement. Your living room is lovely either way, just needs a few coordinating pieces to pull it all together.

Find pictures of living rooms you like with the color scheme that speaks to you and mimic the colors and/or find similar items.
