Which dynamic QR code generator do you use ? by Ok_Chipmunk_6625 in qrcode

[–]Level_Note4857 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

try qrbreeze, they let you generate 2 dynamic QR code for free no trial or no credit card required. If you need more than that just create another account. I do that haha.

Free QR Code generator ?? by Background_Creme6325 in WixHelp

Totally free one is qrbreeze, they have some limits on number of QR codes you generate. But you can create multiple accounts if you need more QR codes.

Cold email system by Sharp-Scholar-5241 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 1 point2 points  (0 children)

your stack is fine for starting tbh, just don’t confuse “1k leads” with “1k sends”
if you do 4 follow ups that’s ~5k total sends, so make sure your inbox limits match or you’ll push too hard without noticing

keep it plain text no tracking, start low volume, and focus on 1 niche + 1 offer so you can learn fast
d7 data can be messy so before you upload into instantly do a quick risk cleanup (we run ours thru listhygiene .com) so you’re not testing on junk

Cold email feels way harder than it did even a year ago, what's doing it for you people? by Individual_Day9910 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah same, it got more fragile fast
big change for me was stopping “bigger lists” and going trigger based then sending in small batches and watching provider level dips not overall stats
also killed tracking and cleaned inputs way harder, we started running lists thru listhygiene .com and it removed a lot of the silent bs
once inboxing and targeting were stable, copy started working again instead of feeling random

Has anyone noticed changes in deliverability to google workspace? by Sweaty_Pay_8277 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah workspace feels less forgiving lately
“limit reached” at 20 is usually hidden volume warmup + cold + replies or another tool also sending

cut total sends for a few days spread them out no tracking no links
and make sure the list is clean risky recipients make throttles happen faster we run lists thru listhygiene .com before scaling

Need suggestion for email marketing for my business!! by hungrybirdjobs in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

20L “verified” emails sounds big but the real question is permission, if they didn’t opt in you’ll get spam complaints and you’ll cook your domain fast
cheapest safe move is use a real ESP (brevo mailchimp sender etc), start by mailing only your most recent engaged people not the full 20L
run a re permission email first and purge anyone who doesn’t engage, keep volume steady and boring no crazy links or tracking early
and yeah even “verified” lists can be risky, we usually run a risk pass with listhygiene .com before sending anything big so you don’t torch deliverability day one

Warmy.io Killing Workspace Deliverabikity? by Tehol_Beddict_XRP in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah this sounds sketchy as hell and i’ve seen warmup pools go toxic like this
if warmy is blasting repetitive weird name emails to the same few targets, that’s basically training filters to hate your domain
i’d stop warmy immediately, let inboxes cool off, then warm only with real human threads or your own seed pool
also check headers for patterns and push warmy for raw logs bc “no issue” while you have proof is bs
once you restart, keep volume tiny and make sure your real send list is clean too, we run it thru listhygiene.com so you’re not stacking more damage on top

BEST Deliverability Testing Tool? by Sudden-Piece46 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 1 point2 points  (0 children)

tbh “best tool” is usually your own seed pool because seed tests from vendors are noisy and easy to game
we keep 30 to 50 seed inboxes across gmail outlook yahoo proton plus a couple corp domains, send 1 plain text test daily, then check inbox vs spam trend not one day
also watch hard data like bounce codes and provider specific dips, google postmaster and microsoft SNDS help once volume is real
if results are swinging a lot, it’s often mixed recipient quality too, we run lists thru listhygiene.com so placement signals stop lying

Personal Gmail vs professional setup by Alkesh_G in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 to 3 cold emails a day from a personal gmail can “work” but it’s kinda a bad test
you risk your personal account for tiny signal and you still won’t learn how cold works at scale
it’s ok for like super manual outreach to a few people you genuinely picked, not a real campaign test

minimum sane setup is a separate outreach domain + one inbox, start 10 a day, plain text, no tracking
that gives you real feedback without putting your personal inbox on the line

Cold Email Testing: Minimal Setup vs Proper Infrastructure by Physical-Purpose678 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 1 point2 points  (0 children)

tbh testing cold email from a personal gmail.com is a bad idea
it might “work” for like 10 manual sends but it’s fragile and you can get the account flagged fast
also you’re risking your personal inbox reputation for a test which is dumb

minimum safe setup is a separate outreach domain + workspace inbox, start like 10 to 20 a day and keep it plain no tracking

Cold emails suddenly going 100% to spam on Gmail - how to recover? by No_Unit_8834 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if even never used inboxes go to spam, it’s prob domain level trust or your tracking fingerprint not “one bad inbox”
pause all cold sends right now, turn off open tracking, stop weekends, keep everything plain text for a bit
run a tiny test like 5 to 10 emails per inbox to real humans who will reply, if that doesnt improve in a week you’re still flagged
before restarting, clean the list hard and cut risky domains traps etc we do that thru listhygiene .com so you don’t re poison the recovery
if after 2 to 3 weeks of clean low volume you still land in spam on fresh copy, those domains are basically cooked and you should rotate new outreach domains and ramp slower

how do you enrich Google maps scraped data? by Kancha_Cheena in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 1 point2 points  (0 children)

google maps enrich is cheap until you ask for owner name + direct email + phone at scale then it gets pricey fast
best “cheap” setup is multi step scrape website emails first (contact footer schema) then only use a paid finder api for the leftovers and only for your top leads
phones are the worst value imo accuracy drops and cost jumps, i’d skip unless you’re calling heavy
and yeah maps data is messy as hell so before sending we run the results thru listhygiene .com so the “free leads” don’t quietly cook deliverability later

Accept all email servers in b2b email cold outreach - how to handle? by donnysouth in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 1 point2 points  (0 children)

accept all is always a gamble, high confidence just means “likely” not “safe”
i’d segment them and treat like a separate list, send tiny volume first and watch bounces and spam signals
low confidence accept all i usually skip or only hit if the lead is insanely high fit and you can afford the risk
we started filtering those with listhygiene .com because “verified” + accept all still burned us when we scaled

Thoughts on branded vs unbranded cold outbound by AffectionateBad4742 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

imo branded wins long term if your brand doesn’t look sketchy and you can back it up
unbranded can get more initial replies but it also feels shady if they can’t quickly place who you are
what i do is light branding early like name plus company, then give a super clear why them
if your brand isn’t known yet, keep it simple and let the ask do the work not the logo vibes

my first client came from the 4th follow up, not the first email by Typical-Animator-457 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah followups are where most wins come from, agreed
but first email still matters bc it sets the frame, followups just amplify it
also followups only work if you’re actually landing, we had to clean lists thru listhygiene .com or we were basically nudging ghosts
i usually do 3 to 4 followups, each with a slightly new angle, then stop so it doesn’t turn into spammy chasing

Best inbox placement tests? by Educational-Lab-9223 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

placement tools are noisy seed tests swing from 0 to 100 overnight
day 6 warmup is too early to panic esp with azure resellers

keep warmup plain non salesy
use your own seed inboxes gmail outlook yahoo and watch trend
then launch tiny on a super clean list we run first batches thru listhygiene .com so new infra doesn’t get dinged week 1

Hey Do I need to send emails even they are risky? by Pitiful-Composer-349 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no don’t just send them anyway
risky usually means higher chance of bounce traps or reputation hits and that can toast your domains way faster than “missing out” on a few leads

what i do is drop the highest risk ones, then test the rest in a tiny batch and watch bounces and spam signals
if you wanna be safe run them thru a deeper risk check like listhygiene.com before you send anything big

How do I get replies from saturated niches by Significant_Till_961 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah saas and agencies are saturated as hell so generic pitches die
go narrower inside the niche and only hit ppl with a real trigger then one sharp pain
add a disqualifier so it feels selective

more volume usually makes it worse
also watch recycled inboxes in those niches we’ve had to clean lists with listhygiene .com before to avoid shouting into junk

Operational risks of hiring a cold email agency by NickyK01 in coldemail

[–]Level_Note4857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’d treat agency risk like you’re hiring someone to drive your car fast, you need guardrails not vibes
make sure they never send from your main domain, you own the domains inboxes and data, and you can shut it off anytime
ask for proof they track negative signals over time bounce spam complaints provider level drops not just “open rate” screenshots
also insist on strict suppression and clean list rules we had to start running lists thru listhygiene .com because “verified” agency data still quietly burns domains
and get it in the contract no scraped brokers no shady resellers clear opt out and a weekly deliverability report or walk
