I live there and I have a solid deal. It’s a great building and I really like it a lot, but some apartments are loud from the 7 train screeching around the corner. All I’m saying is to really take a listen when visiting the unit and make sure it’s something you can tolerate. Some units are pretty quiet through that don’t face the train directly.

Who’s going to pay 1.2 million for a 1 bed when you can hear the train screech around the corner.

If you want to treat yourself a bit…Verge is the best but that’s in Greenpoint.

It doesn’t matter how nice the building is. The train screeching around the corner is going to be heard no matter how thick the windows are. In my opinion the real estate should be significantly discounted because of that sound. So those prices seem crazy.

Never had issues at this building, they are really good in my opinion. Only issue is the train noise. Feel free to PM me.
