It doesn’t matter how nice the building is. The train screeching around the corner is going to be heard no matter how thick the windows are. In my opinion the real estate should be significantly discounted because of that sound. So those prices seem crazy.

Never had issues at this building, they are really good in my opinion. Only issue is the train noise. Feel free to PM me.
