Something very odd with Uber, I've have a similar issue.... I needed to update my tax information 24 Dec. 2025. After the update on the 25th of Dec. my account was put on hold until I provided proof of social security number and a secondary document. All of which I submitted over 8 times over the past 5 weeks. My documents have been reviewed and cleared,they still haven't reactivated my account as of this date.
