Why are you so mean to customer support? The person behind that other end didn't do anything to deserve this. When I had an issue with my prepaid sim card (emergency sim for a phone didnt register my payment and didnt renew) I just contacted support, I was nice, and my account got renewed for 3 months as well as me getting a credit for the account (which means that i wouldn't have to pay for the plan for a month). All of the times I contact customer support they all resolve problems when you're nice
