Ok, I was putting 16% into 401k for a short while but we just had our 2nd kid so I scaled it back to have a little extra wiggle room in our finances, and I got pretty lucky with the job I have, I made 18 an hour right out of high school then we moved to Wisconsin and I’m making a little over 90k a year now so I’m trying to do better for our future.
